PAULO DUARTE • PRODUCT DESIGNER

I’m a Senior UX/Product Designer with over 5 yers of experience shaping products and services across sectorrs, including e-commerce, banking & investment, heavy industry and AI-powered digital products. Originally from Portugal, I have a mixed background in Media & Communication, Anthropology and Interaction Design. I operate at the intersection of technology, user needs, and business by creating meaningful, future-ready digital experiences.

My work translates strategic direction into tangible outcomes by establishing scalable design frameworks, shaping effective processes and systems, and integrating design thinking into the way organisations create, deliver, and communicate their products.

Across projects and clients, I’ve gained broad experience with concept development, workshop facilitation, user research and testing, branding & visual identity, prototyping, as well as building and maintaining design systems.
